I tried reaching out to yourcapy.com support, it was frustrating. I’m not trying to be unfair, but I waited days without getting any real answer. When they finally did reply, it wasn’t even that helpful. It really felt like I was just being ignored the whole time. I get that support teams can be busy, but this was still really poor customer service

"Soft, but not super comfy"
It feels soft, soft to the touch, but it just wasn’t as comfy as I expected. I kept hoping it would feel better after using it a bit, but it’s still just okay, okay at best for me.

For the price, it’s not bad. The quality feels decent overall, though I was hoping it would be a bit better. It works fine, but there are a few small flaws that are hard not to notice. I’d say it’s better than some other ones I’ve tried, but... yeah, not perfect. Shipping was okay too, just standard.

"Felt like I was being led on"
I tried to order a few things, but almost everything I wanted ended up being out of stock. The frustrating part is the site still makes it look like you can buy them, so I kept clicking around thinking they were available. it made me feel like I was being fooled a bit, and it was just a waste of time.

I ordered from yourcapy.com and the size was about what I expected. I made sure to check the size chart before buying, which definitely helped. The fit is good overall, maybe just a little loose, but nothing that really bothers me. I’d give it 4 stars.

"Box arrived smashed and disappointing"
My order from yourcapy.com showed up looking like it had been thrown around. The box was half crushed, the tape was barely hanging on, and it just looked like someone packed it in a rush.
Everything inside was loose and shifting around with no real protection. For what I paid, I expected at least a sturdy box and a little care. Disappointing, and I’d expect an apology for sending it out like that.

"Feels a bit cluttered compared to other sites"
I’ll be honest, the site looks messy to me. Compared to newer websites I’ve used, the design feels a bit old and crowded, and the colors don’t really work well together. It’s not the most pleasant thing to look at.

"checkout was such a hassle"
I tried to place an order but the checkout kept freezing on me.. then my card got declined twice even though there was no issue with it. no clear error or anything, just a bunch of wasted time. I ended up giving up

"and the shipping took forever"
ordering from yourcapy.com was a bit frustrating because the shipping took way longer than I thought it would. The tracking barely updated, so I had no idea where my order was most of the time. It did finally arrive, but by then I was already annoyed. The item was fine, but they definitely need to work on getting orders out faster.

"Delivery was late again with no real updates"
My delivery never showed up when it was supposed to, and I barely got any helpful updates along the way. I’ve had this happen before, so I was already kind of expecting a delay, but it’s still frustrating when you’re just left waiting around

"Hard to find what I needed"
I found the site clunky to use and had a hard time finding what I was looking for. When I reached out for help, I felt like I got stuck in a support loop where I kept being redirected instead of actually getting an answer. It was more frustrating than it needed to be.

"Felt like I might’ve been misled"
I expected a lot more from yourcapy.com. Maybe I built it up too much in my head, but once I actually used it, I kept feeling like I wasn’t getting what I thought I signed up for. The layout and experience were kind of confusing, and the whole time I had this uneasy feeling like I might’ve been fooled by the way it was presented. In the end, it just felt underwhelming and not really worth my time. I don’t think I’d use it again.

I ordered and, like, the tracking just kind of sat there for days without changing at all. I kept checking because, you know, I wanted to see where it was, but nothing really updated. When I reached out, I didn’t get any clear answers either, just kind of vague responses that didn’t really help. Overall, it was frustrating.

"Decent for the price, but I expected a little more"
For what I paid, it’s okay, but I was expecting it to feel a bit better overall. Some things do feel worth the price, while other parts are kind of underwhelming. It’s not bad by any means, just more average than I hoped.
